Be Afraid (Warriors 134, Pelicans 120)

Conventional wisdom says a team usually comes out flat the day after an emotional win, such as the Warriors’ Friday night victory in Houston. Conventional wisdom also says that even the best teams often have trouble timing their bursts of energy — flipping the switch — against inferior opponents. But the Warriors and Stephen Curry don’t have much use for conventional wisdom. Curry and his teammates took a typical, hum-drum, low-energy back-to-back game on Saturday night and blew it apart in the third quarter.
