Bad Warriors karma? Lacob brags, collapse vs. Timberwolves follows

Did owner Joe Lacob jinx the Warriors when he bragged about the team's superior management structure in a recent New York Times Magazine story?

Bill Simmons, the influential sports commentator, raises the issue on a recent podcast, saying Lacob "violated every karma rule there was."In the story, which published over the weekend, Lacob states the Warriors are "light years ahead of probably every other team in structure, in planning, in how we're going to go about things. We're going to be a handful for the rest of the NBA to deal with for a long time."Simmons points out that Lacob inherited Stephen Curry, that the team tried to sign Dwight Howard (who would have caused all sort of trouble), and Steve Kerr wasn't the first choice as coach.
