OAKLAND -- Warriors coach Steve Kerr said he would probably have to "take a little bit of a backseat" in training camp after undergoing two back surgeries this offseason to repair a herniated disk.
Kerr, who has suffered from occasional back issues after his playing career, can walk and otherwise expects to be fine despite some complications."To be honest, the last couple of months have stunk for me," Kerr said with a laugh. "I'm not kidding. I've had a rough go physically this summer."We have a great staff, and they'll do a lot of the work, and I'll probably try to get off my feet more than I normally would," Kerr said.
