The Golden State Warriors are heading into the holiday season with an awful record, something we haven’t seen from the franchise in several years. The reasons why have been beaten into our heads at this point: massive roster turnover, a gaggle of serious injuries to stars and role-players, and Bay Area traffic to Chase Center raising stress levels.
The recent past was dynastic, and the future looks bright with the emergence of the Dubs’ youth movement, but the fact still remains that the franchise’s present is a painful slog filled with losses. Golden State’s record mirrors that of those terrible New York Knicks.
