As the Pendulum Swings (Warriors 120, 76ers 112; Warriors 96, Timberwolves 99)

The Warriors began the year’s last home stand with a two game split that captured this season. On Friday night, they defeated the Philadelphia 76ers, despite a monstrous 46 points from Joel Embiid, in likely the season’s best win. And on Sunday night, they blew a late lead against the Minnesota Timberwolves in one of the season’s most consequential losses. The Warriors have very little margin for error now. They could end up anywhere from the 4th seed to the 11th. This pair of games captures everything the Warriors can be, both good and bad.

Friday’s Warriors team can defend the title.
