Mission Bay is changing. If you look up, you will see cranes in the sky, building, gentrifying, and transforming the area. As you work your way down in the direction of Hunter Point, areas that were once out of sight, out of mind are now bike trails for new millennial residents who work in the City. Meanwhile, across the Bay, the area surrounding the Oakland Coliseum and the Oracle is not experiencing this kind of growth. There are no cranes, but soon there will be wrecking balls. The Oakland Raiders have one foot out the door and the Golden State Warriors are playing their last season at the Oracle.
