The Golden State Warriors are 3-13 and just had one of the worst losses in franchise history. That said, there’s no coming back from something like this season. For Golden State, one thing to consider is who they could bring in draft capital for.
The Warriors signed a plethora of talented vetearns this offseason. With their budget restrictions, they were forced to sign most of these players to extremely team-friendly contracts. Most of them were also expecting to be a part of something special.
If they stick around or re-sign this upcoming offseason, they may see that promise fulfilled, but on this team, they’ll be guiding young, inexperienced players through a tough season.
