Green kicked Thunder center Steven Adams in the groin Sunday, drawing a flagrant one foul. The video of the play is below.

The Thunder accused Green of doing it on purpose, while Green said it was unintentional. However, Green is not escaping without punishment. The call has been reversed to a flagrant 2 foul and a fine of $25,000. Here's the explanation for the NBA's decision.
