Curry injured the ankle in the first half of Golden State's 104-78 win, and he scored 24 points while grabbing seven rebounds in just 24 minutes.
The injury isn't thought to be anything serious, but Curry still felt discomfort while going through his normal pre-game routine. The Warriros are holding him out as a precaution and expect him to be ready to play in Game 3 on Thursday.
Backup point guard Shaun Livingston will start in his place.
