Durant suffered a strained MCL and tibial bone bruise on Feb. 28 in a game against the Washington Wizards, and has been doing on-court workouts before games.
The Warriors were hoping to have Durant back for the final three games of the regular season, all of which are at home. That starts Saturday against the Pelicans, then they will host the Utah Jazz on April 10 and the Los Angeles Lakers on April 14. Expect Durant to see significant playing time in all of those games as try to get him back up to speed before the playoffs start.
He was averaging a team-high 25.3 points, 8.2 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game before suffering the injury.
