In today's Warriors news update, the Golden State Warriors and Minnesota Timberwolves are expected to continue talks regarding a possible trade that would send coveted Minnesota star Kevin Love to Oakland.
Per Diamond Leung of the Bay Area News Group, USA Today's Sam Amick is indicating that lines of communication between the teams will remain open until Thursday's draft:
USA Today's @sam_amick to KNBR on GSW-MIN: "The expectation is that they will certainly have discussions leading up to tomorrow night."

New Warriors head coach Steve Kerr and team consultant Jerry West are said to be completely opposed to any deal which includes shooting guard Klay Thompson. However, at this point, it seems that Thompson might be the lynchpin for any possible trade between the Wolves and Warriors.
A three-way trade has also been rumored which would send Klay Thompson to Los Angeles, shifting LA's #7 pick to Minnesota with Golden State picking up Love. However, the Lakers remain of the public position that they will utilize their selection rather than use it as trade bait.
