In a very interesting Warriors rumors update, the Golden State Warriors could see a potential trade for Minnesota Timberwolves star Kevin Love as a means for drawing LeBron James to Oakland via free agency.
So says ESPN's Marc Stein with a little help from his colleague, Chad Ford:

Talks between the Wolves and Warriors are said to be still ongoing, and will most likely remain on the table until, and perhaps through, Thursday's NBA Draft.
There is still dissonance within the Golden State Warriors' front office on whether parting with shooting guard Klay Thompson (and breaking up the team's stellar backcourt duo) is worth taking a run at Love.
However, if the Warriors truly think that they can become players overnight for LeBron James after acquiring Love, the team may rethink their hesitance in the coming hours or days.
