In today's Warriors news update, the Golden State Warriors are among a group of interested teams which may have a shot at trading for Minnesota Timberwolves superstar Kevin Love before the 2014 NBA Draft.
According to one anonymous NBA general manager, the Wolves may look to shop Love prior to the draft - with Golden State as one of the teams who may be looking to partner with them:
One GM I spoke to thinks the Timberwolves trade Kevin Love by draft night. "The distraction will only get worse the longer he's there."

Same GM thinks Chicago, LA, Houston, Boston, Golden State & Cleveland will be the teams actively trying to make a deal for Love.

Many NBA analysts believe that it would take the Warriors giving up both Harrison Barnes and Klay Thompson to get Love - a trade-off which is not necessarily something the Warriors are looking to make.
However, sources close to Love's thinking have put Golden State on the shortlist of teams that the Minnesota big man could potential conduct a sign-and-trade for. If those rumors are true, expect Golden State to do whatever they can to make it a reality.
