In Warriors news today, Golden State Warriors head coach Mark Jackson made it perfectly clear that the Golden State Warriors will be going without Festus Ezeli, and perhaps star center Andrew Bogut, for an extended period of time.
Per Marc J. Spears of Yahoo Sports, Mark Jackson reiterated where the two players stand health-wise prior to Saturday's Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals against the Los Angeles Clippers:
Warriors coach Mark Jackson said there is "no hope anytime soon" Festus Ezeli (knee) will play. Reiterated Andrew Bogut out indefinitely.

While losing Bogut is bad enough, the Golden State Warriors are missing a key part of their depth at center without Festus Ezeli -- most likely meaning that Mark Jackson will have to employ a large amount of small-ball lineups in the Warriors' series against the Clippers.
There has been no new news on the condition of Andrew Bogut's rib, or whether the injury will keep him out for the entirety of the 2014 NBA Playoffs or just a series or two (if Golden State can advance that far).
