In Warriors news tonight, after a deflating loss in Game 2 of the Western Conference quarterfinals to the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday night, Golden State Warriors center Jermaine O'Neal took the podium to address a verbal altercation he had with Clippers coach Doc Rivers during the second quarter.
According to Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports, O'Neal is ready to put a verbal spat which garnered both Rivers and O'Neal technical fouls behind him --
"We share a birthday. Two libras. Two stubborn fools," Clippers coach Doc Rivers on exchange with Warriors center Jermaine O'Neal.

The incident took place near the Clippers' bench with the game already getting out of hand at 51-32. Neither guy backed down from the other, with O'Neal temporarily following Doc Rivers as he walked away before a referee intervened and assessed a technical foul.
Clippers/Warriors games are known for high-strung antics, and this just adds to the pot as Game 3 shifts the series to the Bay Area.
