Andrew Bogut is currently out with a lingering knee injury, and he sat out Tuesday night as the Warriors saw their 16-game winning streak snapped at the hands of the Memphis Grizzlies.
The game was the topic of discussion on ESPN's First Take, a show where two grown men are paid millions of dollars to shout at each other about things no one should really care about in the first place. Wednesday morning's topic of discussion followed that pattern, with Stephen A. Smith and Skip Bayless debating whether the Warriors had 'been exposed' against Memphis. You can see the full clip here, if you'd like to flush precious minutes of your life down the toilet.
The Warriors, who lost a close game on the road without two key starters in Andrew Bogut and David Lee, were obviously not exposed, but that didn't stop Smith from taking shots at Bogut, who he nauseatingly nicknamed 'Andrew Bogus' last spring. Bogut, who has missed time with several injuries over the last few seasons, is apparently 'unreliable' for refusing to play injured (?), and according to Smith, failing to play hurt and potentially make his injury worse is Bogut's way of letting his team down.
Bogut responded on Twitter by taking a dig at Smith's college of choice:
There goes that Fashion Institute education again......... #wonker

Smith spent two years at the Fashion Institute of Technology before transferring to Winston-Salem State. He would eventually graduate from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC.
