ATLANTA, GEORGIA - Only a couple sports in action this weekend, but softball really came around in a needed way. Plus, the tennis regular season at Ken Byers is all but done for this spring after the women play their last two.
Softball
Tech wrapped up their road swing with a 7-0 drubbing of Kennesaw. Tricia Awald scored the first run at her own home field in the top of the first, and followed it up with scores in three more innings. The top three batters, Breanna Roper, Awald, and Crosby Huckabay, combined for 6 of Tech’s runs and 5 of the hits.
