Eight Georgia Tech football players and the Yellow Jackets assistant director of player personnel had their cars broken into late Sunday night while the team was staying at the Marriott Courtyard hotel on Techwood Drive in Atlanta for preseason practices.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the vehicles of Georgia Tech football players Matthew Jordan, Chase Alford, Tyler Merriweather, Michael Muns, Rod Rook-Chungong, Andrew Marshall, Austin McClellan and Quaide Weimerskirch were broken into.
