To take snaps as both a defensive lineman and an offensive lineman must take a warrior mentality. Jahaziel Lee did just that in last week’s Clemson game. He played a total of 20 snaps on offense and 16 on defense. Lee, who was originally a defensive lineman in high school, moved to the offensive line when he came to Tech and eventually earned a starting role as left tackle.
Head Coach Geoff Collins has a fondness for allowing players to have flexibility in the positions they play. So, it’s not uncommon nor will it be to see some players playing both defense and offense.
