While the outcome of the football team’s Thursday night’s season opener wasn’t what we had all hoped for, there were some better results this weekend for GT athletics.
Georgia Tech’s women’s and men’s cross-country teams kicked off their 2019 season in Athens, Georgia for the annual UGA Bulldog Invitational. And for the second year in a row, both teams were victorious. They were matched up against Kennesaw State and host school, UGA. Some of the stars of the event included Avery Bartlett, Braeden Collins, and James Cragin from the men’s team. From the women’s team, Tech’s leaders included Nicole Fegans, Liz Galarza, and Kim Hallowes.
