As expected, Michael Devoe has played a big part in the first two preseason games on the Jackets’ trip to Spain. The rising sophomore put up 14 points in the first game on the tour, and 13 in the second. Devoe came in as an offensive specialist last season, and put up some good numbers in the sluggish Tech offense. He averaged 9.7 points per game last season, but the more important number was his 39.3% three-point percentage. With the Jackets looking to put up more points and play at a faster pace than last year, that will be a helpful number if Devoe keeps it up.
