Well, I’m sure Todd Stansbury and Geoff Collins are disappointed as are many of the fans. To lose Clean, Old-Fashioned, Hate this year due to the SEC decision to play a conference only schedule is just one further repercussion of the pandemic. As the article points out, it will be the first time Tech and [u]GA haven’t played each other since 1924. Whoever Tech ends up playing for their non-conference game, Collins’ statement summarizes the right attitude: “All we need to know is where and when, and we will be ready to Put the Ball Down and compete.”
