Recruiting battles never end, even after a player is committed to a school. The article above insinuates that Jaron Willis, Tech’s top-rated class of 2022 commit so far, might be persuaded to ditch the white in gold in favor of garnet and gold. Willis is a linebacker from Lee County High School who will be taking official visits with Florida State and Florida in the coming months. One reason for a potential flip from Tech is the ability to play linebacker at FSU, instead of hybrid safety with the Jackets. Willis is a great player, and not one that Tech would want to lose.
