Georgia Tech’s basketball season came to a screeching halt yesterday night following a devastating 32-point blowout at the hands of the TCU Horned Frogs in the NIT Championship game. The Jackets played from behind from start to finish, trailing by as many as 17 points in the opening half before cutting it back to single digits. The game ended on an incredibly low note, with Tech undergoing a 10-minute scoring drought that allowed TCU to build up its massive lead. Thought it’s disappointing to lose in such a way, the fact that this team won 21 games remains phenomenal.
