Despite a state of emergency and impeding frozen doom in the form of 2-4 inches of snow descending on the Atlanta area, Georgia Tech’s Saturday matchup with Louisville is scheduled to go on as planned. They played the game against North Carolina a couple of years back when every road in Atlanta was a rudimentary ski slope, so today’s impending weather conditions shouldn’t be a huge issue. That aforementioned Carolina game was played in front of an audience of roughly twelve fans, but this year’s basketball team is clearly adept at winning away games played at McCamish Pavilion. Maybe it will be nothing, or maybe it will be the apocalypse.
