A pair of Yellow Jackets took home ACC Player of the Week honors after Saturday’s 33-7 win over North Carolina. Sophomore C Kenny Cooper was named OL of the Week while junior S AJ Gray earned DB of the Week. These were the first Player of the Week honors for both Cooper and Gray. Cooper is the second consecutive GT OL to take home the award, following G Parker Braun. On Saturday, Cooper paved the way for another productive day on the ground and took 10 defenders to the ground in 76 plays. Gray had a monster day, recording four tackles and two third quarter interceptions to lead another outstanding defensive effort.
