Well, hallelujah, the Yellow Jackets football team got a win and it was a good one. Georgia Tech easily handled its in-state opponent Kennesaw State 45-17 in what was the first meeting between the two schools. For a while there after Tech’s disappointing loss to Northern Illinois there were probably a lot of folks worried about the matchup with the KSU Owls. This article features the Yellow Jackets second touchdown of the game that put them up 14-0. To me, that play was when I began to relax a little bit and figured the team would likely get the win.
