Georgia Tech quarterback Justin Thomas has not looked as effective this year for the Yellow Jackets as he has in the past two seasons. He has struggled this year and that has translated into the team being 3-8.
During last week’s loss to Miami, Thomas left the game with an undisclosed upper body injury. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, head coach Paul Johnson said that he expects Thomas to play in their season finale against rival Georgia.
“I’d be surprised if he doesn’t play,” Johnson said.
Thomas has thrown for 1,257 yards and 12 touchdowns against six interceptions.
