Jackets fall at home versus Louisville, 79-51

In front of a sold-out crowd at McCamish Pavilion on a foggy Saturday in Atlanta, the Yellow Jackets found mental mistakes to be their own undoing, as Louisville rolled to a 79-51 victory. After scoring the first points of the contest and experiencing some shenanigans with the game clock, Tech remained in single digits scoring until around five minutes left in the first half and failed to get anything going on either side of the ball.

James Banks led the Yellow Jackets in scoring on his way to his fifth double-double of the season, posting 24 points along with 11 rebounds.
