With just four quarterbacks on this year’s roster and TaQuon Marshall being a senior, the Georgia Tech football program could enter next season with just four scholarship quarterbacks again. While it’s a survivable scenario and barring devastating injuries would never be a problem, programs often like stocking up at a few positions in order to keep their options open and one of those positions is quarterback.
With Demetrius Knight’s commitment, the Jackets are getting a relative unknown to most of the college football universe and while he does have tremendous upside he is still a bit of a project at the next level.
