The Georgia Tech football program may be without a head coach right now but that did not stop three-star safety Briton Allen from committing to the program on Friday night. The three-star safety out of IMG Academy committed to the program over 16 other programs
. Allen and several other recruits were expected to take official visits to The Flats this weekend but it’s unknown at this time if those visits still occurred.
Allen, originally from Orlando, Florida transferred to the highly touted IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida for his senior season.
Allen is ranked by 247Sports Composite rankings as the 389th best player in the nation as well as the 32nd best-ranked safety and 51st best player in the state of Florida.
