Georgia Tech fans have a reason to be excited with the Georgia Tech football staff’s recruiting success over the 13 months of the Geoff Collins era. The Yellow Jackets under Collins have been in the recruitment and have received visits from recruits that over the decade before Collins taking over the reigns, they simply wouldn’t have received.
They’ll receive on those visits again on Saturday when four-star linebacker Barrett Carter visits The Flats. The Suwanee, Georgia native announced his plans on Twitter on Friday morning.
Carter, a 6-foot-1, 210-pound inside linebacker from North Gwinnett High School is considered a consensus top-250 prospect in the country by the three major recruiting services (247, ESPN, and Rivals).
