Expected to be the backup quarterback this season, Lucas Johnson’s injury could leave the Jackets with just three scholarship quarterbacks if serious and leaves them with a couple important questions as well. Most of the questions that the injury leaves is what the Jackets will do with freshman James Graham.
Graham, a four-star athlete originally came to The Flats to be one of the Jackets quarterbacks of the future. However injuries surrounding the Jackets wide receivers forced the coaching staff to move Graham to wide receiver for the 2018 season. Now with the injury to Johnson, Graham may have to move back to quarterback.
