After news broke that former Michigan defensive back Myles Sims entered his name into the transfer portal in April, it seemed only natural that a college near his high school (Westlake High School in Atlanta) would be interested. Low and behold, he has now announced that he will be transferring to Georgia Tech!
Standing at 6-foot-3, 183 pounds, Sims is a big addition to the Yellow Jackets secondary. As a high school recruit, he was rated as a four-star by both Rivals (5.9) and the 247 Sports Composite (0.9312). He boasted offers from some no-name schools like Alabama and Clemson, but ultimately signed with the Wolverines.
