It appears that the new Georgia Tech coaching staff has entered their first major battle for a recruit. That recruit is three-star tight end Brett Seither out of Clearwater Central Catholic in Clearwater, Florida but originally from Warwick, Maryland.
When Georgia Tech initially entered Seither’s recruitment it appeared to be a battle between TCU (the favorites), Michigan State, and Maryland. Seither earned his offer from the Yellow Jackets on January 4th. Since then, however, Seither has been offered by Alabama, Georgia, and Penn State. All three of those offers came last Friday a Seither was preparing to get on campus for his official visit.
