The Georgia Tech football will look to get off to a 2-0 start this weekend when they take on the University of South Florida on the road in Tampa Bay. For the Yellow Jackets, the opportunity to get a third of the way to bowl eligibility after missing the postseason in two of the last three seasons is huge, especially this early in the season.
Last week, the Yellow Jackets took on the FCS’s Alcorn State and came away with a rather easy 41-0 victory. For the coaching staff, the game served as an opportunity to evaluate players and allowed experimentation in a rather unrisky situation.
