In one play Saturday against Pittsburgh, B-back Marcus Marshall nearly equaled Georgia Tech’s rushing output from last weekend’s loss to Clemson.
On the Yellow Jackets’ first drive, Marshall took a late pitch off right end from quarterback Justin Thomas and sprinted down the sideline for a 58-yard touchdown run. It was the longest run for Tech since backup quarterback Matthew Jordan scored on a 68-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter against Tulane in Week 2.
