As basketball season approaches, we at FTRS will be breaking down the team player by player. Today, we take a look at Adam Smith.
Recruitment
Adam Smith was a solid player coming out of Fayette County High School in Jonesboro, Georgia, in 2011. His senior season saw him post some pretty spectacular numbers: 26.2 points, three rebounds and five assists per game. He had a rating as a three-star by Rivals, but had no actual rating.
In the midst of his senior season, Smith committed to UNC Wilmington, with his only other offer from Murray State.
