The Georgia Tech baseball team’s 2018 season is off and running. On Tuesday, they finished up their first month of the season with a strong and impressive 8-0 win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
The shutout victory was the Jackets second shutout of the season and their sixth victory of the season.
Atlanta Challenge:
The Jackets began their 2018 season with the Atlanta Challenge. That weekend saw three different oppositions come to Atlanta as the Minnesota Golden Gophers, Bradley Braves, and UConn Huskies took part in the Atlanta Challenge.
In the Jackets first game against Minnesota, the Jackets was able to pull out a 3-2 victory over the Golden Gophers.
