Georgia Tech finished 2017 at a disappointing 27-28 on the season, but one of the silver linings in the campaign was the stellar play of slugger Wade Bailey.
Bailey, a junior second baseman, was named a to the NCAA Division I All-American Second Team by Collegiate Baseball Magazine on Thursday.

Already a All-Atlantic Coast Conference First Team selection, Bailey led the Yellow Jackets with a .347 average and did it in the leadoff spot for most of the season.
