Georgia Tech Baseball: Jackets fall to UNC in ACC Championship game

The Georgia Tech baseball team’s luck ran out on Sunday afternoon in the ACC Tournament. The Jackets fell to the No.5 seed North Carolina Tar Heels on Sunday 10-2 in the ACC Championship game. The Jackets had won their first three games of the tournament over Notre Dame, Duke, and N.C State.

Cort Roedig got the start on Sunday afternoon against the Tar Heels and pitched well in his 4.1 innings pitched. The freshman right hander allowed just one run over one hit and three walks. He was pulled in the fifth inning after notching a big strikeout.
