If the Georgia Tech baseball team is going to have a strong bullpen in 2018, junior right hander Micah Carpenter will have to lead the way for the Jackets.
2017 Season Review:
In 2017, Carpenter the Jackets best reliever, making 24 appearances throughout the season. In his 24 appearances, Carpenter pitched 31.2 innings on the season. In those 31.2 innings pitched, Carpenter had a WHIP of 1.44, which is a bit higher than desired but that beings said, Carpenter was able to work his way out trouble.
At the end of the season, Carpenter had the lowest ERA on the team with an ERA of 2.
