Georgia Tech fell to 10-10 on the season this evening, losing a third-straight game to a ranked ACC team following an ugly 88-77 defeat at Florida State. The team continues its recent stumble towards the finish line, falling to 3-4 in conference after a 3-1 start.
The Jackets started strong against the Seminoles, trailing by just one point at 28-27 with 5:41 remaining in the half. As with all good things related to Georgia Tech basketball this season, that ended in a hurry following a four-point play by Florida State’s Braian Angola on a Curtis Haywood foul which sparked a strong run from the Noles.
