Willie Clay made a name for himself picking off passes for the Yellow Jackets, recording a school-record 16 interceptions from 1988-91. Now, the rival Bulldogs are intercepting his son.
Charles Clay, a four-star defensive back, has three favorite landing spots and Georgia leads the charge, according to Michael Carvell of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
"Oh, man. First of all, it’s in Georgia," Clay told the Journal-Constitution. "I’m from Georgia, and grew up in Georgia. So Georgia is an iconic school here.
