After Georgia Tech pulled off an overtime victory against Georgia in Athens last year, they took a piece of the legendary hedges at Sanford Stadium.
This year, after the Bulldogs won in Atlanta, they took some of the grass at Bobby Dodd Stadium while also planting the team flag at midfield! Videos and pictures were posted to Twitter, even one of Georgia linebacker Chuks Amaechi with the stadium grass!
UGA planted their flag on top of the Georgia Tech's midfield logo in response to GT taking their hedges last year. https://t.co/5NeSDiZWjL
