A quick update on Georgia Tech's coaching search:
Not only has Jeff Capel's name been corroborated now by multiple media outlets (including ESPN and CBS), but Jay Larranaga's name has been added in as well, per a tweet from ESPN's Jeff Goodman.
Georgia Tech has reached out to both Jeff Capel & Boston Celtics assistant Jay Larranaga, source told ESPN. Capel has yet to be interviewed.

If that name sounds familiar, it's because he's the son of Miami head coach Jim Larranaga. The younger Larranaga is currently an assistant with the Boston Celtics, where he was once thought to be next-in-line to take over for former head coach Doc Rivers before Brad Stevens eventually filled the role.
