ATLANTA — #9 Georgia Tech Volleyball’s senior day game went without a hitch, beating the Syracuse Orange (2-25) in straight sets 3-0 (25-12, 25-20, 25-13), who only brought seven players to Atlanta due to a myriad of injuries to their squad.
Liv Mogridge returned to the starting lineup after making her return to the rotation on Friday in Tech’s 0-3 loss to Miami. After the weekend, Tech is now 22-5 with one match remaining in regular season play. With the win, Tech has surpassed the 21 wins last seasons team recorded, and that included an NCAA Tournament win over Wright State.
