Women's Basketball Drops Road Game at Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Tehya Lyons scored a career-high 14 points for Georgia State Saturday, but the Panthers were unable to take down Little Rock, losing 66-46 at the Jack Stephens Center.

Georgia State went into halftime trailing the Trojans 32-16 after GSU struggled offensively in the 2nd quarter.

The Panthers rallied in the 3rd quarter and mounted an 11-0 run including eight consecutive points by Lyons.

The Panthers cut Little Rock's lead all the way down to seven in the 2nd half, but the Trojans held on and ended the game on a 7-0 run.
