ATLANTA, GA -- Mya Williams led the court with 19 points to lead the Panthers to a 74-49 victory over Georgia Southern Saturday at the GSU Convocation Center, giving the Panthers a season-sweep over their in-state rival.
"You have to do whatever it takes to win," head coach Gene Hill said. "A lot of people chipped in today, and it keeps us on track with what we're trying to do in the conference this season."
The Georgia State women's basketball team got a 30-point showing from the bench on the way to winning their second straight game and fourth in the last five.
