Box Score ATLANTA-Senior Kane Williams and sophomore Jalen Thomas each scored career highs as Georgia State won for the fourth-straight time with an 85-71 win over Appalachian State on Tuesday night in the regular season home finale at the GSU Sports Arena.
Williams finished with 24 points, going 8-of-11 from the floor, including six 3-pointers which were also a career-high. Thomas scored a career-high for the third-straight game, finishing with 22 points on 10-of-15 shooting with eight rebounds.
Georgia State (12-5, 6-4 Sun Belt) won for the fourth-straight time which now sets up a showdown in Mobile, Ala.
